Haha, funny you should mention this just after I read a response from an employee about the superball, and people not being thrilled with it. He said, " Let's give it a little while, it's brand new. Let's see if it grows on you. Imagine it's a new house in a new neighboorhood. We don't need to move back to the old house, you will make new friends here. I promise."
I agree with Glen, and while there are certain things that I don't like (yet), I think in a couple of months if anyone tried to give us the "old Marketo" back, we'd flip our lids.
Just trying to keep an open mind about things. :)

The look is a look, I can live with it. Calendar feature is very nice.
However, in many places I've been getting errors (Where is says: "System Error, An Error has Occured, The details of this error have been sent automatically to Marketo"). Sometimes you have to refresh multiple times for it to work.
Anyone had similar problems?

Lots of white space. Looks OK on my 27" display but requires a lot of scrolling when I switch to my 13" laptop. I concur that we'll get used to it. I like the new home page with the 'app' tiles. Waiting to see my RTP app show up on my home page and in the left column rollover.
I've been getting a lot of errors with the GUI - sometimes after I perform an action the right click menus (for cloning, etc) stop functioning and I have to refresh. I've also been getting the system errors mentioned above.
I am not a fan of the new marketo-icon-menu-bubble since I am an administrator and I flip through tabs a lot so it's added an extra click.
Other than that I like it, it's actually faster creating smartlists and minus the browser refreshes it seems like a lot smoother interface for working! :)

I feel like it takes more scrolling and more clicks to get to places than it did before and it seems like there is so much more wasted space. But maybe I'll get used to it with time!
I'm seeing a lot of the Bandaid errors too, usually when I'm trying to load a Smart List. I'm also having issues creating new Local Assets in Programs. I just get the spinning wheel turning around and around when I try and create a new Smart Campaign.
Is this a known issue? Or should I submit a ticket from my instance specifically?

HI Claire,
If you could submit a ticket, specifically for the issues creating Local Assets in Programs, that would be great. We are currently looking into the Bandaid errors.
Thanks, Cheryl

For those of you experiencing bandaid errors, can you tell me:
What part of the app When did this start? (Today, Monday?)
Thanks Cheryl

I'm really not sure what the new look and feels adds to MKTO, there is so much white space and line spacing that I see a lot less on one page than before which means a lot of scrolling. Also the fact that some things require more clicks does not make sense to me and feels like going backwards.
Ease of use for such applications is important, I do not see how the new look contributes to that, actually I prefer the old look and feel, it was clean, clear and showed a lot on just a small laptop screen!
