What do we need to do to get the Salesforce Lead ID and Salesforce Campaign ID when we extract the Lead or Program data using Marketo SOAP API V2.4

The Birst and Marketo joint customer wants to integrate the Marketo Lead record with corresponding Salesforce Lead record. Currently, the SOAP API does not exposes the Salesforce IDs when extract the Lead/Program data from Marketo using SOAP API V2.4 and this has become kind of show stopper for us for providing integrated analysis. We are hoping to get help from community/Marketo on how they have done it. Please help.

Have you tried creating a Formula Field in Salesforce (synced to Marketo of course) that simply prints the SFDC ID, and then you can use that to make the connection?

    Jason's comment is a good one. Also, you could file an idea for exposing those fields, as I do think we should broaden that out a bit.
