What are the different channels for Engagement programs?

I was looking through another discussions https://community.marketo.com/MarketoDiscussionDetail?id=90650000000Pit6AAC and they have mentioned taking a look at Program Type = Engagement, Channel = Engagement Program. I only see Channels = Nurture in my Marketo instance. Is this Engagement Program channel a purchasable add-on?

Hi Mark, engagement programs are included in all versions of Marketo. I think this might have been renamed (or incorrectly labeled in that thread), but when you create a new Program with program type: Engagement, the channel will be Nurture by default.

Thanks Dory. So we do not have more than one channel for engagement programs.

By default, no. You can create them in Admin > Tags > Channel > Create New Tag Type. Also, you can edit/update the current engagement statuses if they don't match up with what you want to see from your programs.
