Weekly program performance report?

I need to give a weekly report on successes across all programs--however, the program performance report only appears to provide an "all time" option for displaying results--when I go into report setup, the only option I have in settings is "export rows available." Is there a way for me to get weekly data on all successes across all programs?

Also, I believe I have a standard account, I do not have the revenue cycle explorer.
