Check out MailLift  -- It is an integrated Marketo LaunchPoint partner that lets you send handwritten letters to your leads. For example, you can use this integration to automatically send a handwritten letter when a lead reaches a specific engagement score in Marketo. Here is info about their integration with Marketo

Nice, does this service only cover the US and Canada?

Hey Nick, Daniel with MailLift here. 

TL;DR MailLift is international and servicing most countries. 

If you have a mailling address in the US and would like to send international letters, there is an additional $0.66 charge for international stamps.

If you have a mailling address outside of the US or Canada and you want to the letters to be postmarked from that location, you can request a quote by going to our intergrations page, clicking "Get Started" and leaving a comment in the "Comments" section. Please include the the number of letters per batch and the frequency you expect. (i.e., I'd like a quote for 50 letters per day sent internationally from Paris, France and a seperate quote for 250 letters sent per week from Paris, France.)
