Website tracking code appears to not be working

Wondered if anyone has experience with troubleshooting tracking Marketo/Salesforce lead activity from the website tracking code?

Ghostery reads that Marketo is on our pages (not sure if that means it's definitely coded in properly.)

When I create a test lead though, after filling out a website form then opening and clicking through an email, then visiting the website, it doesn't appear in Salesforce that I've been on the website "No Recent Activity".

Does anyone have a process they'd recommend from this point for testing (or a setup issue you discovered and resolved?)

Note: Ghostery isn't disabling the website from tracking me and I've tried visiting in multiple browsers, only one of which has Ghostery.

I am having this same problem.  A pay per click prospect is directed to one of our web pages (not a Marketo landing page).  If that prospect clicks on "contact us", is redirected to a Marketo landing page and fills out a Marketo form, the origin pay per click code is lost.
