Website Tracking

All,

I am trying to measure how many pple click on each one of the various banners that we currently have in place on an on going basis. I looked into the web activity report and it is a rather high level overview and does not allow one to capture the number of clicks on a banner on a said page. (Or maybe I missed that?). I tried to build a trigger campaign that once a visitor-anonymous or otherwise- clicks on one of the banners on my page, it records that activity as a single entity. I guess what I am trying to figure out is, is there a good way to do this? If so, how do I go about it?

Thx.

You might also try setting these up as programs going forward and clicking the banner link would be your converted status.  This way you get the "quick and dirty" way to view how many people converted on said ad.

If you aren't currently using programs, you can read more about them here.

If the page is being tracked by the munchkin code, you should be able to run a Web Page Report for that URL.

You can also run a Smart List with the filter Clicked Link and place the URL of the banner link in there. You may have to remove the "http://" part for that to work.
