Hello:
We have website alerts set up for when prospects are surfing our website, each lead is allowed to run through the flow once every hour. We believe that something got crossed because one prospect in particular is on the site at least 4-5 times a day. We think it may be someone elses activity (someone who works here possibly as the activity coinsides when they are on the website. They have a "fake" SF account and none of her activity is getting logged, it appears it is being logged under the prospect in question) getting crossed with his. Is there anything I can do to recitfy this situation?
