Website activity tracking isn't working

Our Munchkin code is fully activated and we've registered nearly 13,000 anonymous leads, so I know the tracking code is working in and of itself. The problem is that we launched an email campaign to qualified leads yet we can't track their website activity - only email opens and clicks. 

On a secondary note, can anyone help me check if my DKIM is activated? I haven't heard from support after submitting a few days ago.

Any help is appreciated.

Probably worth a support call - resolve it real time with them.
