Webpage Tracking

We use the Salesforce integration with Marketo. In our Marketo Sales Insight section in Salesforce, nothing ever shows up in the "web activity" section. We only use a few Marketo landing pages and forms. Most are Wordpress landing pages and Gravity forms.

Is there anyway to get the web activity to show for people who don't fill out Marketo form or visit a Marketo landing page? Would be nice for us to see webpage views.

You have to associate their Munchkin (web tracking) session with their Marketo lead record for this to work.

If they follow a link from a Marketo email, this association is automatic, as it is with a Marketo form.

If you're using non-Marketo forms, you will need to code the connection between that form and a hidden Marketo form. There are several examples of such code on the Nation (filter by my name).

Hi Sanford,

Does the web activity section include traffic that has no ID associated with it?

Web Page Activity reports can be set to report either anonymous sessions or associated sessions (but not both at the same time). See the Setup tab.
