Webinar Schedule Pick List

I'm hoping someone can help me figure out if this is possible (and if so, how to accomplish this). I'd like to create a landing page for a webinar (ideally, connected to Webex) where the visitor can select from a few different scheduling options. Is it possible to use a pick list in a form that references, for instance, three different time/date options for the webinar?

Hi Josh,

I'm stuck! On page 3, under "Using the Event Date Code," I'm not sure where I'm supposed to "Edit Choose a Date Values." How to I access that? I'm sure it's right under my nose, but I can't figure it out.
