Webinar Progression Status Not Updating Correctly from ReadyTalk Event Partner

We held a webinar this morning that had 61 attendees. ReadyTalk did not pass this information back to Marketo; instead of updating those attendees to "Attended" status, all registrants were updated to "No Show".

How do I fix this so it properly updates for our upcoming webinar tomorrow?

That's weird. We used ReadyTalk for the first time ever today and it worked fine. Are they also shown as No Show on the ReadyTalk website? That might be some strange glitch with the ReadyTalk event in that case. If on ReadyTalk they ARE shown as attended, then there might be some problem with your connector

There is a problem with the connector, but I'm not sure how to fix it.

You might want to put in an official Marketo Support request to let them know this happened.

To fix the attend status, get the list of those that should have been marked as "Attended" from ReadyTalk. Then you can use the list in Marketo to then use a flow step with Change Program Status to Attended.

You can also import the list directly into the members grid and select the status of "attended".  It will save a step.

@Amanda - were you able to get in touch with Support regarding the issue you ran into?

I am aware of importing lists, but that clearly is not the point of an integration.

I was trying to avoid opening another support case, as we have multiple open already, but I guess I will have to.

The list import suggestion is a way to workaround the issue you are experiencing for the short term.  Calling into support will allow us to troubleshoot and fix the issue so that you can use the integration as it was intended.
