What is best practice on the amount of time ahead to invite someone to a webinar - a week before?  Two weeks before?

We usually make the invite (and registration page) available to the sales team about a month in advance in case they want to start promoting it. As for invites that marketing sends out... we do this one week before the webinar and one day before the webinar (the 2nd invite).
