Webinar Dashboard/Reporting Best-Practices

Hi All

We frequently run webinars and drive a good number of registrations and attendance through them. And, create reports like Email Performance and Program Performance, but want to scale this further and customize this a bit.

We require to track and monitor the emails through which we drive the registrations (Invite email / Reminder emails).

A solution that I know: By using hidden field and fetching the value using the URL parameter, but not sure how to use this in Report where it could show the entire journey with touch points of the webinar.

Can you somebody recommend best practices/ solution to this?
