Webhook to parse Activity Details values

Is it possible to write a webhook that can parse a query parameter value and add it to a particular Marketo field, and what would it look like?

I have yet to write one myself.

Example scenario:

e=myemail@my.com&id=1234

Parse id and change data value of "Legacy Client ID" field
