Webhook that creates a filled out form marketo activity

Hi all,

Background:

We are looking to create a filled out form marketo activity when someone is added to a list.  Reason being is that we are looking to integrate with Unbounce.  Unbounces integration with Marketo works like this:

Lead fills out unbounce web form on unbounce webpage

Lead enters marketo and is added to a static list

Issues:

This does not create a marketo filled out form activity which means it will not trigger fills out form triggers and will not be caught in filled out form filters which is a huge downer.

Question/s:

Is there a way that we can create a filled out form activity somehow with a webhook when someone is added to a static list? 

The flow:

The overall flow would be something like this:

Trigger: Added to certain static list

Flow: Call Webhook

The Unbounce built-in "integration" is broken in another major way you must not have noticed yet.  Turn off their integration and do it all from the client side. If you need pointers I can walk you through it -- hit me at sandy@teknkl.com.
