WebEx Reg Info Soft Bounced

I have a sales prospect who registered for a recent webinar. We set this up via WebEx integration with Marketo and looks like the auto-responder with the reg link was sent to him but soft bounced. Im assuming his company (a big one) blocked Marketo IPs. I will cannot and will NOT ask him to ask his IT group to whitelist Marketo. How can I get him his unique URL for registration?

Hey Christina, you could send yourself a sample email with his record as the name who you're sending the sample to. Then that email could be forwarded on to him.

Before forwarding to him, I'd click the link in the email to ensure it takes you to the right place, but it should work properly since he's registered.

Within WebEx is there any way to send a confirmation/login information email? I know it bounced the first time, so maybe you could send it to yourself and then forward. If not, maybe Marketo support has some ideas on getting the registration link to a person.

The member.webinar URL is a program membership field and is therefore not able to be populated in a Sample email.  You could:

1) Try it again via a single flow action
2) Go to the members grid and cut and paste the URL and send it to him via your standard email
3) Try to send it out of WebEx, but I'm not sure of how you would go about that

Nothing working via Marketo. We used WebEx to unregister him and re-registered him there where he got the WebEx confirmation email (thank goodness WebEx IP is not blocked at his company). So we are ok and know what to do now in the future. Thanks

Another webinar...more soft bounces and emails coming to me with people who dont have reg link info. Wondering if we can even continue this integration if this keeps happening.

Cheryl - what is the members grid? Single flow action doesnt work and option in WebEx requires my events manager to un-register and then re-reigster all these people direct in the WebEx system (not a good use of her time honeslty).
