Why wont WebEx send a confirmation email when someone registers on a Marketo LP?  I understand that we should normally use a confirmation email from Marketo but I am wondering if there is a way to still have Webex send the confirmation to registrants.  

It's a bit of a strange circumstance.  We would normally turn off all WebEx communications but for this specific program, executives want the emails to come from Webex instead of Marketo.  Do you know if there is a way to allow the WebEx confirmation to send even when using the Marketo API with WebEx?

Webex does not support sending an email out if you do not use their registration form. There is no way to turn it on.

Are your WebEx communications turned off?  Are you marking the leads as registered upon form fill out? As you already mentioned, we recommend turning these off and sending the registration confirmation emails out via Marketo.

Yes, leads are registered upon form fill out from a marketo LP

Webex does not support sending an email out if you do not use their registration form. There is no way to turn it on.
