webex Invalid Site Name

I am trying to config webex with Marketo and triggering a error msg saying 'Invalid Site Name' and my site (example)
myname.webex.com
http://myname.webex.com
 
but still this not working for me .. what could be the issue out here? I have already a integration with GoToWebinar that could be a reason for this .. I cannot integrate multiple providers?

try just using the "myname" not "myname.webex.com"

I banged my head on teh same issue when we setup  our webex events center.

We do have a user guide with this information in it.  We don't want anyone banging their heads!

What if you still get the invalid message? I tried to set up two in one day. The first went in perfect the second one keeps failing.
