WebEx Event reaches capacity

I am setting up a webex event and sending to about 400,000 people and the max that one webex session can hold is 2,000 people. What happens if the session fills up? Is there anything that Marketo does to adjust for that?

Our company recently solved this problem for one of our clients for an after party networking event using a webhook and tricky campaign logic.

Hey Andy,

Maybe just keep an eye on the reg number or set up some kind of alert or report?

If it's a MKTO landing page, I'd just put a rectangle (grayed out or something) over the form with "Registration is closed..." so that people can't register any more.

You might also set up a pending status when they register, and a campaign that moves them automatically from pending to registered.  When the number exceeds 2,000 you can deactivate this campaign and the remaining will stay in pending.

If this is a cold list, I'd bet against reaching 2,000 attendees.
