WebEx Credential Error: "error 030083, Session Ticket is Required will be thrown"

I've tried to enter my webex credentials into Marketo and gets an API error saying "error 030083, ‘Session Ticket is Required’ will be thrown". I think it has some issues related to SSO/SAML for WebEX. Anyone know how to fix it? Thanks!

Do you have a special webex setup that requires an event password or site name? I'd speak to your webex rep about this.

Hi Josh, the way my webex was setup is through company SSO/SAML; so I don't actually have a password with my webex user name. Its logged on through activedirectory. Any advice?

Hey Tony Li​ - Did you ever get this figured out? I'm having the same problem and believe that our SSO is the issue.
