Does anyone have any information on web to lead in Marketo. My question would be is there a way to filter leads in a way to reject "fake" emails (yahoo,personal, fake).For people who fill out a form just to recieve the data sheet/white paper. Is there a rule to reject these some way? Also, is there a way to approve leads coming from our website to go into SFDC. Such as an email notification.

Marketo's system blocks most form spam, but not 100%.

Handling personal emails is done via javascript - or you can use automation to route these leads once inside Marketo.
