Web Ex integration - multiple webinars set up in one program.

We have integrated Web Ex with Maketo, but I'm wondering how to handle multiple Web Ex meetings into one program (i.e., wouldn't each webinar have a different Event Number?

  • Event login
  • Event number

Please let me know what the best way of setting up an ongoing webinar that is linked to one Marketo program?

There is a 1-1 relationship between the Webex and the Marketo Program, so you cannot tie multiple webinars IDs to a single program. This is true for all integrations.

I have successfully integrated my Marketo Instance with more than one GotoWebinar Log In.

You have to clear your cookies first before you set up the second login
