Hey Sarah,
There's a few things you may want to check.
- If you're using tokens make sure that the information is correct, no typos etc. if so they won't send. - Make sure your IT dept has you white listed - Are you testing by sending a sample email or by a smart campaign? Try whichever you aren't using and see if that works.

Also double check your spam folder, and make sure you're added as a lead in Marketo. Then, you can check if you're unsubscribed or marketing suspended as well.
My experience with this has more to do with whitelisting as Kim metioned.
