We have a question on the picklist LOVs at Marketo end after our changes.

Even after removing the picklist values from Salesforce, the values are still visible on lead in Marketo .So if user selects any of the old value, it will be synced to Salesforce.

Is there a way to manually remove the LOVs from Marketo as well?

I think you have to do a few things here, firstly make sure the value is removed from all your forms - Add/Remove Picklist Values - Marketo Docs - Product Docs), you probably have already done that. Then the dropdown you see in the field in Smart Lists are built from all the values stored in the system for that field, so to remove the value from being in that dropdown, you'll have to find all Leads that have that value in there Lead details and remove it, instructions here -Clear Field Values - Marketo Docs - Product Docs, you can do this in bulk via a smart campaign usually.
