We had an inbound lead with inferred country labeled as "Europe"- which is not a country.

The man called to complain because no one followed up with him--- we hadn't mapped "Europe" as a country to any representative, as Europe is not a country. Help please?

I agree that this sounds more like a region than country, but it appears GeoIP disagrees! I would add Europe as a country and also filter through the drop-down options to make sure all countries are accounted for (as opposed to typing them into the text box).

Also, Inferred Country can sometimes be inaccurate or may not always populate. You may want to set up an alert in your CRM that notifies you or your sales team when a lead isn't contacted within X amount of time.
