We Created a LinkedIn Custom Field but Unable to Map It in Marketo

Hi,

We have created a custom field for LinkedIn lead gen forms and are trying to map it in Marketo, but the field isn’t showing up in the Marketo (Launchpoint) Lead Gen field mappings. The support team advised us to verify permissions, and we have confirmed that all required permissions on the LinkedIn ad account are in place.

Has anyone else encountered a similar issue? Are there any specific steps or documentation available for properly mapping LinkedIn custom fields from lead gen forms into Marketo? Any guidance on the integration or troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated.

HI @riyako ,

Check if your LinkedIn lead form is still in draft mode.

You will be able to map your custom fields to Marketo fields only if LinkedIn fields have already been saved to a form template in LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

    Hi @uditmathur the form is active and capturing leads already. We cannot get the data from the custom field because we are not able to map it.

    Can you provide details on how are you trying to map the custom field with Marketo or what error are you getting.
