We are Dyanmics users and we'd like to be able to have a testing environment before pushing changes to production from Marketo to Dynamics. Is there a way to push directly to Dynamics Sandbox instead of live?

We are Dyanmics users and we'd like to be able to have a testing environment before pushing changes to production from Marketo to Dynamics. Is there a way to push directly to Dynamics Sandbox instead of live? Or does Marketo have its own Sandbox we can use? What's your best practices for this? Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!
