Waterfall Reports

Is there a way to create a waterfall report when building a Smart List or a Smart Campaign? The current process is manual: Starting Universe = x number of records, add filter record new universe number in Excel, add another filter record new universe number in Excel, etc. until all filters are applied. Does anyone have any best practices to share to simplify the process?

Do you mean that at each filter it would show you a count until it narrowed down the set of people?

No, it does not do that. Check Ideas, there was one for that a long time ago. The challenge is Marketo is not super speedy on processing these, so I doubt they want to add that feature since it would be slow.

Instead, try to use several smart lists and then consider nesting them (although this is slow), but you would get the separate counts.
