Where can I find summary data on my Watch List? How many Accounts / Contacts are in my Watch list?

Is there a real person that works for Marketo / Sales Insight that we can dialogue with?

it seems like this is more of a Salesforce Inquiry.  There is a community forum or contact person who is available to help at Salesforce.
