Wait steps in engagement program - Next-Gen UX

Is it possible to add wait steps in engagement program in the Next Gen UX open beta, as described here Engagement Program Hacks for Variable Cadence and more?

Can't find the wait steps anywhere.

It's not there yet in the current Beta version. I treted it on various instances that I have access to.
