Wait Step - Business Hours
Is there any way to control the Wait Step so that certain things ONLY happen during business hours. We have leads that come on to our website at all hours, but we ONLY return calls buring business hours.If one rep is busy we pass the lead on to another like a call center. But we want the process to start at 8 am ...
Flow is :
If an activity is not logged within 90 minutes send the alert on to a new rep and stop when someone logs the call. The problem ius that this process may begin at 11 pm and continue cycling throught the night. We don't wnat the cycle to start until business begins.
Any work arounds greatly appriciated...
