Wait Step

I have a batch program that starts with a wait step and then sends an email on a specfiic date (November 20).  If I re-run it now for new people who we want to include, will the email be sent out immediately, since it's after November 20, or will nothing be sent?

As long as your campaign is set to Run Lead Once, it will only bring in the new group of people. Please review the counts on the Schedule tab to verify that.
Just to clarify here on the Wait Step portion as I missed that part.

If your Wait Step is set to a date and you try to run this again, it will run an error or it will just send it out since the date has passed. 

I suggest that you clone the campaign and change the Wait step or remove it before the next run.
