Visibility Rules - Forms 2.0 - Custom Fields

Is anyone having trouble setting up visibilty rules for custom fields? Since Marketo only has Mailing Address and no separation for State, City, Country, etc, I went ahead and created a Mailing State, Mailing City and Mailing Country field. I'd like to have the Mailing State field only show up when United States is chosen as the Mailing Country, but wapow . . . Mailing Country does not show up as an option in my drop down for Visibilty Rules when creating the if/then validation.

I had a problem where the field name in Visibility Rules was the Label Name I had used in the form. Perhaps that's your issue?
