Visibility Rules Always Show doesn't work

I have a progressive form set up. I have pre-fill enabled on all my fields in the progressive area. I created two new fields that have visibility rules set.
  • Industry (pre-filled)
  • Company Size (is shown based on what is chosen in industry)
  • Population (is shown based on what is chosen in industry)
The thing is, Industry doesn't pop up if the person has lead information already. I enabled visibilty rules on the industry field to "Always Show", but it never takes. Forms 2.0 FAIL!

Are these fields in the Progressive area or not?

If they are and they have data, they won't show up at all.

Perhaps you can post a screenshot? I'm not sure what you mean by "lead information" and where you are placing your fields.
