Visibility Rule: how to set a default value for each rule?

Hello,

I know how to set a default value for radio buttons when the visibility rule is disabled. However I don't know how to set a different default value per rule.
Let me explain: If somebody is based outside the US, I just want to show the following 2 radio buttons and set as a default value option 1:

So far, so good.
However for the US, I have other options and I need to define another default value. How do I do that?

Thanks.

@Cécile I see your point -- it doesn't take the '|selected' entry within a VR.  I think to set a different default for each VR, you would need to use a JS hook.  It would be simple, but it would be outside the realms of WYSIWYG and HTML.

Did you place all of the possible options at the original field level, BEFORE you clicked on Visibility Rules?

not I just add a series of options.

Should I add the 3 possible options here:

And then under visibility rules say:
- if Inferred Country is United States
option 1
- if Inferred Country is not United States
option 2
option 3

?
