Viewing the time stamp on lead status change

We are very early users of RCA. 

We have custom field in SFDC for "lead lifecycle stage" that is tied to our model. 

In the activity logs, you can see line items for when that field changes. 

Is there any way to export the exact time when that change ocurred into a spreadsheet?

If you cannot do this in the Activity Log, then no.

You might add a [Stage] TimeStamp [Entry/Exit] field to be able to work with that data.
