Viewing ability in Marketo

I have alot of users in Marketo and they are running multiple programs and events per day.  Is there a way that they could only view and access the marketing activities that they are running?  Instead of viewing all of the programs and events.

Workspaces may work if there is a logical and significant grouping into a few business units or regions. Otherwise, this isn't really available right now but might be a good Idea to file.
