View campaigns that have not run

Hi Community! 

I've been trying to find a way to view a list of smart campaigns that have not been run in Marketo.  We have a scenario for our event programs where campaigns need to be run in order to change program status.  Given this, I would like to determine if there is a way to view all smart campaigns that are a part of an event program to determine if we have missed any updates (without having to go program by program).  This would be more of a means of process QA.

I considered using the Campaign Report functionality, but it appears to only report on campaigns that have actually run.

Any thoughts would be great!
