View as web page link in non-Marketo email

If we're supplying HTML to a vendor for a sponsored email blast, is there a way to still utilize the VIEW AS WEB PAGE and FORWARD TO A FRIEND links which are in our template? I realize they break due to there being no tokens filled in. 

Any workarounds?
