Vidyard Video Interactions

Is there any way to trigger a smart campaign in Marketo if a lead interacts with an annotation in a Vidyard video? For example, I would like to have an annotation show up during the video with a link/button to request a call from our sales team. I don't want to pause the video and show a Marketo form. The video will be on a thank you page so we will already have the lead info. Plus, I want this experience to be as unobtrusive as possible. What is the easiest way to trigger a smart campaign based off of that interaction?
