Vidyard Links not showing up in Marketo Trigger

I'm looking to track video views by using a trigger (visits webpage: vidyard.com/started watching_____) but the specific video I need won't show up in the trigger.

I've got the aforementioned video on a live, munchkin enabled page on our website which includes two other videos that both show up in marketo.

Has anyone else ever encountered this?

Did you watch the third video in question? Sometimes marketo doesn't post links it doesn't know about.

This sounds like something you should ask Vidyard about.

Thanks Josh!

I just tried watching the video in question but still no sign of it in marketo. I've got marketo looking into it now but will definitely check with vidyard.

The Munchkin or custom triggers might not be configured correctly on that specific page.  The symptom you describe would indicate that there aren't any requests incoming that match your pattern so it's likely a JS configuration issue.

Not sure if you still have the issue. One thing to remember is that each Group you create must be sync with Marketo. Vidyard does not link marketo in one go. It is based on group.
