Please help me out with this query:

 

Does marketo captures UTM parameters added to the pdf doc.

Yes, the "Clicked Link on Webpage" activity also captures the UTMs. UTMs are captured in the "Query Parameters" attribute. You should also check Sandy's Munchkin-tracked redirector method for sharing assets (pdf, excel files, etc.) here. This method helps to ensure that the Munchkin always runs prior to loading the asset, as plain assets themselves can't run Munchkin.
