Using Triggers and Min. Number of Times

Hello,

Can someone please help me get a better understanding of how the Triggers and Min. Number of Times work?

If I add a trigger, Visits Web Page is xxxx, Min. Number of Times is 3, does Marketo begin to count the Number of Times the moment the trigger is set up?

Example: Before the trigger was set up, Person A has visited the webpage 2 times. After the trigger is set up, Person A visits the page again (1 time). Would that be counted as 3 times and trigger the flow?

You should move the question to Products...  "Community" is for issues with the Marketo Nation (this website) itself -- and yes, this is confusing.

Marketo doesn't count anything when the trigger is set up. But when the trigger is fired (in real-time) it looks back in the lead history.
