using the import to list API but always get the response messageList with name 'xxxxx List' not found. 20114\/message

Trying to import email addresses from a website form into Marketo and the request always returns a 20114 error that the list name is not found, but we have a list by that name.

What is your list name? You might go simple to test, with a list name like "TestAPIList" (e.g. no spaces or anything else that could confuse the code).

Sharing the code snippet you're using would be helpful also.
