Is it possible for me to alter Marketo URLs to just be www.mycompany.com/pagename and not have to use pages.mycompanyname.com/pagename.

While tracking is not an issue for the latter option, it definitely is not ideal when dealing with SEO.

You can use the form embed code instead of a marketo page+form.
