Using MSD Marketing Lists as a smart campaign target

Dear All,

Has any one succeeded in using MSD Marketing lists as targets for Marketo Smart Campaign or found a workaround for this ?

Sync'ing Marketing Lists with Marketo and have a "member of Marketing list" filter has always been a missing feature. I would be interested to know how you are dealing with this.

Hi Greg,

I'm also investigating any workaround for this but so far what I've ofund is the native integration won’t work to get that. There are suggestions like using a middleware (Scribe scribesoft.com/connectors/marketo-connector/ or Boom). Or using the Bedrock Data (https://launchpoint.marketo.com/bedrock-data-inc/microsoft-dynamics-crm-integration/) MSD integration feature to add leads to CRM lists/campaigns.

Hi Raul,

Indeed, middlewares are, for the moment, the only viable solution.

Hopefully, PM will sooner or later extend the capabilities of the connector.
