Using Marketo to set up a press distribution mailing list

Hi folks,

does anyone here have practical knowledge or experience in using Marketo to send out press releases? And also to set up Marketo as the central hub to create and manage our own press dsitribution list?

We have contacts (one email address) which are in two segments (e.g. marketing press and IT press). Is it possible to have a multi-select field in the database?

I'm curious to see different possibilities how you managed the challenge!
