Using a form template

I have created a few form templates to use throughout my site.  My question is, can I add the form template to my landing page and have multiple programs run through that same form template?  ...or do I need to have a unique clone for each specific campaign?

I'm wondering how smart lists and flows will behave if I have multiple flows built around the same form tempalte.

I have programs that use the same form and I have others that use individual forms. Theoretically, you can use the same one for everything.It jus depends if you care about tracking specific campaigns.

My suggestion is if you are using forms on marketo landing pages you can use the same form on multiple pages and report using the url constraint. However, if you are embeding on external landing pages I would suggest using unique forms if they are part of different campaigns.
