Use Token in “From Address” A/B Testing

We are planning to run an A/B Test email program using "From Address".

There will two test variant - 

1 with using actual email from address

2 with Token  as you can see below

From Address:

A - {{lead.Lead Owner Full Name}} {{lead.Lead Owner Email Address}}

B - Test owner full name - Test@test.com

We never used Token for "From Address" AB Test email program before (we had run using Whole email address with token)

Are we able to use Token such lead owner email address instead of email address under 'From Address' AB email test?
